Rental Guidelines & Policies

Our putting experiences are designed to be a fun, low-impact addition to events of all kinds. The following guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for clients, guests, and event venues.

General Use & Supervision

Our equipment is intended for casual putting play only. Guests of all ages are welcome.

Adult supervision is required when children are present. Climbing, sitting, leaning on equipment, or any misuse is not permitted.

Alcohol & Guest Conduct

Alcohol may be present at events; however, we are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or safety of intoxicated guests.

The client assumes responsibility for ensuring guests use the equipment safely and respectfully at all times.

Unattended Setup

Setups are typically unattended during the event. Once equipment has been delivered and set up, responsibility for monitoring use shifts to the client and/or event host.

We are not liable for injuries, misuse, or damage that occurs while the setup is unattended.

Venue Respect & Responsibility

We are committed to working respectfully within all venue guidelines and expectations.

The client is responsible for:

• Confirming venue approval for the rental
  
• Ensuring the setup location complies with venue rules
  
• Communicating any venue-specific requirements or restrictions in advance
  

Our team installs and removes equipment with care and uses protective measures when appropriate. Our goal is to leave the space exactly as we found it.

Any fees, penalties, or damages assessed by the venue due to guest behavior, alcohol-related incidents, or undisclosed venue restrictions are the responsibility of the client.

Setup Requirements

• A reasonably flat, stable surface is required
  
• Indoor and outdoor setups are permitted
  
• Clear access for delivery and pickup must be provided
  

Surface suitability and final placement are determined at setup to protect both the venue and equipment.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In cases of unsafe or damaging weather (including rain, high winds, or severe conditions), adjustments or cancellation may be necessary to protect equipment and guest safety.

Weather-related decisions may be made day-of at our discretion.

Care of Equipment

Clients are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Food, beverages, sharp objects, and excessive force must be kept off all putting surfaces and equipment.

Lost or damaged items may result in repair or replacement fees.

Payment & Cancellation

A deposit is required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance is due during the week of the event.

Cancellations made prior to final payment will forfeit the deposit. Once final payment is made, cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Liability Acknowledgment

Participation is voluntary. By booking, the client assumes responsibility for all guest participation and use of the equipment.

We are not liable for:

• Personal injury
  
• Property damage
  
• Guest conduct
  
• Alcohol-related incidents
  
• Weather-related disruptions
  
• Improper or unintended use of equipment

By booking a rental, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Rental Guidelines & Policies.
