How Booking Works

Our mini golf rentals are offered at flat package rates for same-day events within standard rental hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Setup and pickup timing is coordinated with you after booking to ensure a smooth experience.

Overnight rentals or events outside standard hours may incur additional fees, which will always be discussed and approved before booking is finalized.

How Booking Works



By submitting this form, we will be able to review your event details so we can confirm availability, logistics, and final pricing.

Here’s how it works:

1. Check Availability

Use our availability calendar to find a date that works for your event.

2. Submit a Booking Request

Complete the request form with your event details, preferred package, and timing.

Base package pricing is listed on our Packages page.

3. We Confirm the Details

Within 24–48 hours, we’ll review your request and confirm:

  • Date availability
  • Setup & pickup timing
  • Any applicable additional fees (travel, off-hours, overnight rentals, etc.)

No surprises—we’ll always review pricing with you before booking.

4. Secure Your Date

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send a deposit invoice to officially reserve your date.

Rental Timing/ Fees / Inclusions

Standard rental hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

  • Same-day pickup is included with all packages
  • Overnight rentals and off-hours setup/pickup are available for an additional fee
  • Final pricing is based on location, timing, and event logistics
  • Packages are flat-rate for the day (within standard hours)
  • We currently book one event per day to ensure quality and flexibility
  • Setup, teardown, putters, and golf balls are always included
